Role

We are looking for an experienced Freelance Project Manager (High Mid-level) to join our established Production Team.

You will be working on one of INITION’s most exciting virtual reality projects to date. Inition has over 15 years of experience in producing cutting-edge interactive experiences main in Augmented Reality (AR) and Virtual Reality (VR) at shows, exhibitions, installations and on-line for a huge variety of clients.

This is a freelance rolling contract for up to 3 months, with a chance to extend due to high volume of project in currently in production.

Responsibilities

You will be reporting to Head of Delivery for progress of projects and early highlighting of any issues.

  • Responsible of delivering the assigned projects to a high quality, on schedule and to budget.
  • Working with our producers to respond to briefs, estimating project costs, timescale, resource requirements and risks.
  • Acting as interface between clients and the deliveries team throughout the project life-cycle as and when needed.

As well as working on a specific cutting-edge project we currently have in production, you will also be involved in working on smaller AR and VR projects.

essential skills

Project management experience within a software development team. You must be technically strong, have broad experience working in a creative production role and be willing to get your hands dirty when required. You must be able to demonstrate experience working on projects in a variety of media, including two or more of the following: online, immersive, experiential, installation, mobile, live event or video production.

  • Project management experience within a creative production team.
  • Experience working within a creative agency or production company.
  • Attention to detail, creative flair and enthusiasm for new media and emerging technologies.
  • Experience outside of traditional web and moving image media.

preferred skills

Experience in either film/commercials/corporate moving image, digital and interactive/experiential production. Broad interest in interactive technologies and the latest digital marketing trends.
