CyberGlove Systems offer a range of tactile feedback motion capture gloves with the CyberTouch Glove one of the most versatile systems.
WHAT THE MANUFACTURER SAYS:
The technology used within the CyberTouch means that each simulator can be individually programmed to vary the strength of the touch sensation. Users get to manually experience virtual worlds and feel the tactile sensations of their interaction with CGI objects. The vibro-tactile feedback creates a more realistic environment for users, enabeling them to experience how a virtual object moves and responds to interaction.
Used with 3D tracking devices from Polhemus, Ascension and InterSense they provide the CyerTouch with absolute x, y, z, yaw, pitch, roll and orienration information.
