The most versatile and popular option, consisting of DLP projector, fire wire camera, Canon SLR camera and Mephisto software. Suitable for high resolution scanning of static and animate objects utilising fire wire camera or Canon DSLR (both modes can include high resolution texture images). Includes bidirectional scanning mode. No limits placed on accuracy or scanning speed. Accuracy as high as 0.06mm.
WHAT THE MANUFACTURER SAYS
Higher resolution textures images can be obtained by adding the Canon camera. An additional mobile package, which includes laptop, bag and rail mounting gear, can be usefull for inflight transportation. The optional package of a micro add-on is a lens-set by which a higher resolution can be obtained trough a smaller volume. The ‘SteadyScan’ module for eliminating breathing and heartbeat movement is also optional.
