Inition to debut 3D belly dancing at BVE 2010

Inition have worked in conjunction with Pogo Films and CWPro to bring forward a short 3D film which tutors audiences in the art of belly dancing. The four minute piece, Dancing Dimensions, shows viewers how to dance traditional Middle Eastern style, taking them through several popular moves associated with the genre.

The production took place at Inition’s demo studio which was transformed into a colourful, vibrant Arabian den for the shoot. The footage was shot on Red One cameras mounted on Element Technica‘s Quasar rig. Dancing Dimensions will be presented in the Apple stand at the Broadcast Video Expo on 18th February 2010.

Pogo Films went on to produce a full 6 x 30 minute series called The 3D Guide to Bellydancing. You can watch an interview with the Pogo Films directors Olivier Lauchenauer and Philip Richardson here.
