Place marketing agency Totality commissioned Inition to develop an interactive augmented reality app to bring the St James Riverlight sales and marketing suite into the comfort of the homes of global potential buyers.
To create the AR app we developed renderings from CAD data to get an accurate model of what the apartments and surrounding site would look like upon completion in 2017. Information encoded within a marker is brought to life when viewed with an iPad. By ‘pinching and swiping’ users can navigate the development and local map. Later versions include the ability to view extra content such as the surrounding areas and apartment availability.
Totality were so pleased with the results that they commissioned Inition to develop two further augmented reality property marketing projects.
