Swiss Development Group (SDG), a leading property company, needed an exceptional presentation tool to market a 85 million Swiss Franc luxury penthouse.
Our Solution
SDG supplied Inition with a promotional video which our 3D artists used to inspire a fully interactive augmented reality presentation tool.
In-house developers embedded information into a large floor plan which, when viewed through an iPad, transformed into a holographic style 3D presentation. Various features of the app allowed the users to explore further such as ‘splitting’ the building into individual floors and seeing what the building looked like from various angles by moving the iPad around the floor plan, just as they would if in front of a physical model.
The app rendered the elements correctly according to where they were being viewed from; creating the illusion they were part of the physical world.
The Results
The app is being used by representatives of SDG to market the penthouse to potential investors around the world.
