For those unable to come to our London studio, Inition provides a live webcam demonstration of Stage, the comprehensive motion capture system that dramatically improves the 3D animation process. Participants see two webcam views of Stage: one cam on the actor in the scanning space, and the other cam focused on Stage's output streaming real-time into MotionBuilder and Organic Motion's SDK.
You will watch the two cam views as the actor performs rapid motions. If you're like almost everyone else who has witnessed Stage in action, then you'll be astounded: as Stage instantly generates a photorealistic full 3D model of the actor, then a live skeletal rig exactly following the actor's every move, and finally a character animated in real-time in perfect synch with the actor.

Inition’s new LILA system enables anyone to instantly become a virtual 3D character in real-time with no special suits or markers. This is the first markerless tracking system that allows the public to control every limb of an avatar with their own body.
LILA enables members of the public to navigate ‘minority report’ style interfaces, select characters to become, and interact with virtual scenes and objects. Users can step in off the street and intuitively control a video game with their entire body.
The potential applications for LILA are limitless from playing a football game to becoming the rock star of a 3D karaoke session for example. The LILA system also allows users to capture film and animation of themselves via email or mobile.
Inition is participating in Autodesk’s 3D Technology Roadshow hosted by bluegfx at the London Transport Museum on 2nd July.
