What is it? The Virtual Research 1280 is a HMD designed for applications that require the highest quality of visuals. Using a technology called FLCOS, (Ferroelectric Liquid Crystal on Silicon), it is capable of displaying high resolution images with a much better colour reproduction than standard LCD displays.
