Like everyone however, sometimes we need a holiday team-building weekend away. So we take one. In recent years we've made it to Barcelona, skiing and snowboard trips to France and a sunny beach holiday to Sardinia. We believe these trips do a huge amount for our company by encouraging a positive and happy office and a stronger team.
Probably the simplest, but most fondly appreciated fixture, is our long-established tradition of eating out together for Friday lunch. This gives us all a bit of time to chat out of the office and sample the many restaurants of Shoreditch and Hoxton.
Finally though, financially. We reward everyone through our profit-related bonus scheme. The more happy clients we can efficiently and productively service each quarter, the better we all do.

Inition are looking for a driven and enthusiastic sales person to drive technology sales for our broad range of 3D products. The role will comprise processing telephone and email sales enquiries alongside new business development and management of existing client and supplier relationships. Candidates ideally will have a good understanding of 3D technology through previous sales experience and possess the capacity to develop a deep understanding of the features, benefits and drawbacks of a wide range of products across all technology areas in a short space of time. Technologies include Motion Capture and 3D Tracking, Headmounted Displays, 3D Haptic Devices, 3D Displays and Projectors, 3D Scanners and 3D Printers, with experience in the area of motion capture and tracking particularly desirable.
A primary function of the role is to both generate and field new enquiries, understand client’s requirements, and provide independent advice and direction. The sales process typically includes client facing meetings to develop a deeper understanding and present appropriate products in our central London demo studio. Further tasks include providing quotations, taking orders and managing the supply and delivery of technology, attending and presenting at external industry events or tradeshows and managing and maintaining our portfolio of products.
Candidates must possess first rate communication skills, and the ability to quickly develop a rapport with a potential or existing client. Candidates must be confident presenters, self-motivated and able to work well within a team. The ability to demonstrate an intuitive grasp of complex technology as well as a passion for its application in solving real world problems is also essential. Inition are looking for an experienced Head of Production Services to run their growing 3D camera systems rental division.
Inition has over 10 years of experience in 3D filming and has been a key innovator in this area during the recent 3D renaissance. Inition’s 3D camera rental service is a highly specialised service being one of the only places to exclusively offer 3D camera systems. Our crew of rig technicians and stereographers are some of the most experienced in the industry taking pride on taking an intelligent approach to 3D production and working very closely with creative talent.
We own a range of bespoke 3D camera systems from Epics to minicam rigs and SI-2Ks along with a range of hand-picked matched lenses. We are the first independent rental house in the UK to offer an Epic 3D rig. We also offer a super-slowmo Phantom-based package. Our philosophy is to provide complete 3D camera systems with highly skilled technical crews and considered advice.
The role will be varied and cover the day to day management of jobs as well as having direct input in the strategic direction of the division with decisions on acquiring new kit and recruitment. The role will offer a wide variety of work and challenges and opportunities to go out on shoots where appropriate.
Responsibilities include: management of small team, quoting clients, account management, developing new business, developing strategic partnerships, maintaining relationships with key suppliers, scoping customer requirements, identifying new equipment for procurement, overseeing bookings of both internal and external kit and crew. The role will involve working with a broad client base including features, TV, commercials, multi-camera, promos and corporate work.

Experiential 3D Producer
Inition are looking for an experienced Producer to join their established 3D digital interactive division. Inition has over 10 years of experience in producing cutting-edge interactive experiences at shows, exhibitions, installations and on-line for a huge variety of clients.
Inition is most widely recognised as being an innovator in production with emerging technologies including augmented reality and stereoscopic 3D. Other areas of technological expertise include motion capture, haptics, immersive environments, 3D printing, 3D scanning, novel and gestural interfaces. Our role as a technology provider as well as producer means we are uniquely positioned to exploit the latest 3D technologies in our creative work.
The role will be varied and include creative development of project opportunities, working as a producer on a wide variety of 3D interactive and moving image projects, leading our in-house team of 3D artists, developers and project managers, putting together project teams with external and in-house skills, providing input in strategic direction of the company, representing the company at external events, demonstrating work and technologies at our internal demo studio and leading internal R&D projects.
You will work with a wide variety of clients, from exhibition and events companies, to creative, marketing and advertising agencies to direct with blue-chip brands. You must have broad experience working in a creative production role and be able to demonstrate experience working on projects in a variety of media, including two or more of the following: digital, immersive/experiential, installation, live event or video production.

Inition Asia Pacific are looking for an enthusiastic tech-savvy person to look after the day to day running of our product center. As a Hi-Tech Company, we get lots of cutting edge technology and prototypes to play with and our clients need help navigating the dizzying array of options out there.
Our products include 3D projection, 3D displays, 3D headmount displays, haptics and force feedback, motion capture, 3D scanning and 3D printing. Tasks include answering inquiries with sound product advice, generating quotes, ordering equipment, testing and demoing gear, as well as forging new relationships with potential clients through marketing initiatives.
